Recruitment and Retention
WDI organizes weekly and annual hiring events, job fairs, and other recruitment initiatives. For example, you could present to motivated job seekers at our regular Career Café events. Employers can receive reimbursement for training wages, up to 90% depending on the company size, for eligible new hires during the initial training period up to six months. In addition, we also offer an incentive contract that provides reimbursement for wages to train eligible new hires.
